title: Mummy
time: 5:48 AM

Tomorrow since i love my mummy so much im gonna cook her dinner. The other day when she went to new zealand for holidays she said she liked the salmon that the airline served. So i decided to make her salmon. Im gonna follow this recipe i found at www.taste.com.au.

Baked salmon
• 8 slices white bread, crusts removed
• 1/3 cup basil leaves
• 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
• 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
• 4 salmon steaks, skin on, bones removed
Method
1. Meanwhile, place bread in a food processor and process until roughly chopped. Add basil and parmesan. Process to a fine breadcrumb mixture. With motor still running, add oil and process until combined.
2. Place salmon, skin side down, in prepared dish. Sprinkle crumb mixture over top.
3. Place potatoes in oven on top shelf and fish on the shelf below. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes (depending on thickness of fish) or until potatoes are golden and fish is cooked through. Serve with salad.
